This years 5th Annual People’s Kite Festival at LA State Historic Park was once again pure magic. As budget cuts loom and the world is in chaos, Senior State Parks staff and Commissioners joined our neighborhood celebration along with Senator Maria Elena Durazo and Congressmember Jimmy Gomez along with 7,000 participants!
