Welcome to our HERO DAYS Page for 2026 at Victory Memorial Grove in Elysian Park!
Since November 2nd, 2025, we’ve planted 200 milkweed plants and 84 flowering natives. On Saturday the LA Parks Foundation snuck in and planted 50 more natives at the far end of the grove. Thank you to our pals at Friends of Elysian Park family for sneaking that in.
Folks, this could be spectacular, and then there is all that space filled with invasive mustard…
